Set-VAIOFilter

Synopsis

This cmdlet upgrades a VAIO filter on the cluster it is installed.

Detailed Description

This cmdlet upgrades a VAIO filter on the cluster it is installed. The updated SPBM metadata of the VAIO filter might not appear immediately in the list of capabilities. In case of failure, the exception contains a reference to the VAIO filter as a target object.

Set-VAIOFilter -Filter $filter -VibUrl "NewVibUr"

Updates the $filter VAIO filter and sets the VIB URL to "NewVibUrl". The version of the new VIB should be higher than the existing filter version.
